The Recovery College is all about providing a relaxed and informal educational approach to wellbeing and recovery for people who experience difficulties with, or have an interest in, mental health and wellbeing. We create a safe place where people can come together to learn ways to live healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives. Our courses support your mental health and wellbeing, giving you tools and strategies to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and practical life skills.

- You do not need any qualifications or experience to attend Thurrock Recovery College.
- All of our courses are free of charge.
- They are open to anyone aged 18 and over, residing in Thurrock and Brentwood
- They are also available to anyone working in a caring or professional role with Thurrock and Brentwood residents.
