Transforming Autism
We provide early intervention support to young Autistic children or children showing signs of Autism and their families. Our programmes are delivered by an Occupational Therapist and Child Psychotherapist who support in the home and online. Our programmes are free of charge but as a charity we welcome donations.
If your child is under the age of 4 you can register to take part in First Steps an intensive programme delivered in the home over 12 weeks initially with the potential for extension. An early years Child psychotherapist and Occupational therapist will asses your child and create a programme of support for 2 hours a week . The programme approach focuses on sensory and motor skills development and is strengths based. We take a nurturing and sensitive approach, with the aim of realising every childs potential. If your child is between the ages of 4 and 12 we provide support through our Confident Autism Parenting Programme- delivered over 12 weeks by our Clincal and therapeutic leads, working together on areas such as sleep, eating, communication, toilet training, school transition and play.
